Les OGM (organismes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9s) ont fait leurs preuves (par exemple les bananes, les raisins, les oranges sans p\u00e9pins, etc.). La Food and Drug Administration observe un manque de calcium et de potassium ainsi qu\u2019un exc\u00e8s de sodium et de glucides chez la plupart des am\u00e9ricains (mars 2020).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-row\">\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un apport suffisant en fibres. Si possible, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de consommer des aliments frais (comme des l\u00e9gumes, des fruits, des fines herbes, des noix, des graines, etc.) et moins d\u2019aliments pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s. Plus la pelure est mince, mieux faudra le laver avant de le consommer. Des \u0153ufs, du poisson et d\u2019autres produits provenant d\u2019animaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s en plein air (si possible, soutenez l\u2019\u00e9conomie locale). Les poissons pr\u00e9dateurs (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de grande taille) ont tendance \u00e0 contenir plus de toxines et de nanoparticules de plastiques. Du poulet et de la viande rouge en quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es, car il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019obtenir ses prot\u00e9ines ailleurs que dans ces aliments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-row\">\n<div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9vitez les produits contenant du sucre raffin\u00e9 : le pain blanc, le riz blanc, les p\u00e2tes blanches, la farine blanche et les aliments sucr\u00e9s. V\u00e9rifiez les \u00e9tiquettes. Les frapp\u00e9s aux fruits (commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u00ab smoothies \u00bb) sont une excellente strat\u00e9gie pour augmenter l\u2019apport quotidien en nutriments. Au besoin, utilisez une application (\u00ab APPs \u00bb) pour mieux conna\u00eetre les apports ou les manques quotidiens, incluant les apports nutritionnels recommand\u00e9s (ANR).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>L\u2019alimentation et son r\u00f4le dans les maladies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deux des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u2019un bon r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/strong> sont de r\u00e9duire les risques de maladies et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9, mais il n\u2019y a pas de cures magiques.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019alimentation joue <strong>un tr\u00e8s grand r\u00f4le<\/strong> dans les maladies m\u00e9taboliques comme le diab\u00e8te, les maladies coronariennes, les crises cardiaques, l\u2019hypertension et l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. Certaines maladies peuvent aussi \u00eatre caus\u00e9es par des toxines ou des d\u00e9ficiences en certaines vitamines et certains min\u00e9raux, par exemple le scorbut, l\u2019an\u00e9mie (d\u00e9ficience en fer).<\/li>\n<li>Un r\u00e9gime naturopathique reconna\u00eet aussi que l\u2019alimentation joue <strong>un petit r\u00f4le<\/strong> en termes de pr\u00e9vention et de r\u00e9duction des risques de maladies. Certaines maladies ou l\u2019alimentation peuvent influencer l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose, l\u2019ost\u00e9o-arthrite et certaines formes de cancer.<\/li>\n<li>Une sant\u00e9 optimale requiert de fournir au corps de chacun ce dont il a besoin, menant \u00e0 des choix individualis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sel dans l\u2019alimentation en consommant davantage de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l\u2019hypertension art\u00e9rielle (ou \u00e0 le substituer avec des \u00e9pices).<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sucres raffin\u00e9s dans votre alimentation et manger plus de glucides sains r\u00e9duit le risque de d\u00e9velopper le diab\u00e8te de type 2.<\/li>\n<li>Le r\u00e9gime naturopathique peut aussi favoriser une certaine perte de poids avec la substitution d&#8217;aliments, mais l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration doit \u00eatre permanent, d&#8217;ou l&#8217;importance d&#8217;avoir du plaisir avec son alimentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Philosophie<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Le r\u00e9gime naturopathique repose sur des choix fond\u00e9s issus eux-m\u00eames de donn\u00e9es probantes, voire du simple bon sens. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une alimentation qui reconna\u00eet les normes nutritionnelles et di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques d\u2019une alimentation saine, tout en tenant compte de l\u2019\u00e2ge, du niveau d\u2019activit\u00e9s et des besoins.<\/li>\n<li>Il faut tout d\u2019abord comprendre qu\u2019avoir une alimentation vari\u00e9e et choisir une alimentation pauvre en calories sont deux choses diff\u00e9rentes.
